Hadith 19303
١٩٣٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن ⦗٢٣٤⦘ (سعيد) (١) ابن المسيب والحسن (قالا) (٢): إذا تزوج العبد بإذن سيده فالطلاق بيد العبد.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) say that when a slave marries with the permission of his master, the right of divorce will belong to the slave.
