Hadith 19299
١٩٢٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو أسامة عن جويبر عن الضحاك قال: من زوج عبده (أمته) (١) بمهر (وبينة) (٢) لا يصلح له أن ينزعها منه، ولا يحل له فرجها حتى يموت.
Hazrat Dahhak (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person marries his slave to his maidservant with a dowry in the presence of witnesses, then he cannot take her away from him, and until death, the private parts of that maidservant are not lawful for him.
