في الرجل يأذن لعبده في النكاح، من قال: الطلاق بيد العبدIf a Master Permits His Slave to Marry, the Right of Divorce Belongs to the Slave
Hadith 19298
١٩٢٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: إذا (زوج) (١) الرجل عبده (أو) (٢) أذن له في (التزويج) (٣) فإن الطلاق بيد العبد.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the master arranges the marriage of the slave or gives him permission to marry, then the right of divorce will belong to the slave.
