Hadith 19295
١٩٢٩٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن أيوب قال: قلت لسعيد بن جبير: إن جابر بن زيد كان يقول: إذا زوج السيد فإن الطلاق بيده، فقال: (كذب) (١) جابر ابن زيد.
Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I said to Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) that Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that when a master arranges the marriage of his slave, then the right of divorce will belong to the master. Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Jabir bin Zaid was wrong.
