Hadith 19294
١٩٢٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا نكح العبد بإذن سيده فإن الطلاق بيد العبد، إن شاء طلق وإن شاء أمسك.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a slave marries with the permission of his master, then the right of divorce will belong to the slave; if he wishes, he may divorce, and if he wishes, he may keep (the marriage intact).
