Hadith 19292
١٩٢٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا معتمر عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس ومجاهد قالوا: (إذا) (١) كانت المملوكة لغيره أو كانت (عنده) (٢) وقد أذن له أن يتزوجها فالطلاق بيد المملوك.
Hazrat Ata, Hazrat Tawus, and Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on them) state that if a slave girl is owned by another person and the owner of a slave gives him permission to marry that slave girl, then the right of divorce will belong to the slave.
