١٩٢٦٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة عن ابن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: أيهما بيع فذلك لها طلاق] (١).
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If any male or female slave is sold, then this is like their divorce.
