Hadith 19200
١٩٢٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن جويبر عن الضحاك أن أبا بكر وابن مسعود قالوا: من قال لامرأته: هي عليّ حرام فليست عليه بحرام وعليه كفارة يمين (١).
Hazrat Abu Bakr, Hazrat Umar, and Hazrat Ibn Masood (may Allah be pleased with them) say that if a person says to his wife, "You are forbidden to me," she will not become forbidden; rather, the expiation of an oath will be obligatory upon him.
