Hadith 19197
١٩١٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن علي بن مبارك عن يحيى بن أبي كثير قال: حدثني من لا أتهم عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس قال: الحرام يمين، ﴿قَدْ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ﴾ (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that if a person says to his wife, "You are forbidden to me," then this is in the ruling of an oath, and Allah Almighty has prescribed expiation for oaths upon you.
