Hadith 19058
١٩٠٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا كثير (بن) (١) هشام عن جعفر بن برقان قال: سمعت معمرا يذكر عن الزهري في الرجل يجعل طلاق امرأته بيدها أو (بيد) (٢) أخيها أو أبيها أو بيد أحد، فالقول ما قال: إن طلقها واحدة فواحدة، وإن (طلقها ثنتين) (٣) فثنتين، وإن طلق ثلاثًا فثلاثًا.
Hazrat Zuhri says that if a person entrusts the matter of divorce of his wife to her, or to her brother, or father, or to someone else, then whatever the authorized person does will be effective. If one divorce is given, then one; if two are given, then two; and if three are given, then three.
