Hadith 19056
١٩٠٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن دكين عن زكريا قال: سئل (عامر) (١) عن رجل جعل أمر امرأته بيد رجل آخر فطلقها الرجل ثلاثًا فقال: هي واحدة، إنما جعل أمرها بيده مرة واحدة.
Hazrat Amir was asked that if a person entrusts the matter of his wife to another man, and then that other man pronounces three divorces, what is the ruling? He replied that it will be counted as one divorce, as the man had entrusted the matter of the woman to the other man only once.
