Hadith 19053
١٩٠٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير بن عبد الحميد عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا جعل الرجل أمر امرأته بيد غيره؛ فما طلق من شيء فهي واحدة بائنة.
Ibrahim says that if a person entrusts the matter of his wife to another man, and then that other man pronounces divorce, then it will be counted as one irrevocable divorce (talaq bainah).
