Hadith 19034
١٩٠٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا شريك (١) عن جابر عن عامر في الرجل يقول لامرأته: الحقي بأهلك قال: (ليس) (٢) بشيء، إلا أن ينوي طلاقا في غضب.
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked that if a person said to his wife, "Go to your family’s house," what is the ruling? He replied that this is nothing; if he was angry and intended divorce, then divorce will take place.
