١٩٠١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو معاوية عن جويبر عن الضحاك قال: كان لا يرى طلاق المكره (١) وعتاقه جائزًا.
Hazrat Dhahak (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the divorce and emancipation of a person who is forced are not valid.
