١٩٠١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن الأوزاعي قال: سألت عطاء عن طلاق المكره فقال: ليس بشيء.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the divorce of a person who is forced to give divorce does not take effect.
