Hadith 18934
١٨٩٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن عياش عن عبد العزيز عن الشعبي قال: يجوز طلاقه، والحد في ظهره.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the divorce of a person addicted to intoxication is valid, however, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be enforced upon him.
