Hadith 18933
١٨٩٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري قال: إذا طلق وأعتق جاز عليه وأقيم عليه الحد.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person under the influence of intoxication divorces someone or frees a slave, it will take effect and the prescribed punishment will be established.
