Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Harmalah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that one of my neighbors divorced his wife while intoxicated, then asked me to question Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him). When I asked him, he said that a separation should be made between them and the man should be given eighty lashes.
