Hadith 18919
١٨٩١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو أسامة عن حماد بن زيد عن أيوب قال: كتبت إلى (أبي) (١) قلابة أسأله عن طلاق المبرسم فكتب إلى أنه ما شهدت به الشهود، إن كان يعقل فطلاقه جائز، وإن كان لا يعقل فطلاقه لا يجوز.
Ayub (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I wrote a letter to Hazrat Abu Qilabah (may Allah have mercy on him) and asked him about the divorce of a person who hunts with barsam. He wrote to me in a letter that in this matter, the testimony of witnesses will be considered; if he has understanding, then his divorce is valid, and if he does not have understanding, then his divorce is not valid.
