Hadith 18915
١٨٩١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن حبيب عن عمرو بن (هرم) (١) عن جابر بن زيد في طلاق المبرسم الذي (٢) يهذي ولا يعقل ما يقول، قال: لا طلاق له، ولا عتاق ما دام على ذلك.
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person who hunts with barsam (a type of weapon) speaks incoherently and does not understand his own words, then his divorce and freeing (of slaves) are not considered valid.
