Hadith 18883
١٨٨٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا علي بن مسهر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد ⦗١٣٩⦘ ابن المسيب في الذي به الموتة قال: إذا (طلق) (١) (عند أخذها إياه) (٢) فليس بشيء، وإذا أفاق فطلاقه جائز.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the divorce of a person who is afflicted with death (unconsciousness and insanity) is not valid; when he regains consciousness, then his divorce is permissible.
