Hadith 18712
١٨٧١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن (يونس) (١) عن (الحسن) (٢) أنه كان يقول: إذا طلق الرجل (امرأته) (٣) فمكت شهرًا، ثم (طلقها) (٤) تطليقة أخرى، فإن عدتها من أول الطلاق ما لم يراجعها.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that if a man divorces his wife, and after one month gives her a second divorce, then her waiting period (‘iddah) will be counted from the first divorce as long as he has not taken her back.
