في ثواب العتقThe reward for freeing a slave
Hadith 13055
١٣٠٥٥ - حدثنا عبدة (عن) (١) صالح بن (حي) (٢) عن الشعبي (عن أبي بردة) (٣) عن أبي موسى قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من كانت له جارية فأدبها فأحسن تأديبها، وعلمها فأحسن تعليمها، ثم أعتقها وتزوجها (فله) (٤) أجران" (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has a slave-girl, teaches her good manners and gives her the best education, then sets her free and marries her, for him there are two rewards.
