Hadith 13007
١٣٠٠٧ - [حدثنا يزيد قال: (حدثنا) (١) هشيم قال: (حدثنا) (٢) عباد بن أبي صالح عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة عن النبي ﷺ قال: "اليمين على نية المستحلف] (٣) " (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The oath is according to the intention of the one who asks for it to be sworn.
