١٣٠٠٥ - حدثنا معتمر عن عمران عن الحسن قال: من حلف لرجل على يمين يرى (أنها) (١) ليست (بيمين) (٢) فهي يمين عاقدة.
Hasan says that if a person makes someone swear an oath, believing that he is not already under oath, then this is a binding oath.
