Hadith 13004
١٣٠٠٤ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يستحلف بالطلاق فيحلف، قال: اليمين (على) (١) ما استحلفه (الذي يستحلفه) (٢)، وليس نية الحالف بشيء.
Ibrahim says that if someone is made to swear an oath of divorce and he swears it, then the oath applies to the one upon whom the person making him swear intended it, and the intention of the one making him swear is not considered in this matter.
