Hadith 12879
١٢٨٧٩ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا عن رجل حلف أن لا (يكلم) (١) رجلًا حينًا فقال: الحين سنة.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad: A person has sworn an oath that he will not speak to another person for “zamana” (a period of time) and “waqt” (time)? They replied: By “al-hin” is meant one year.
