١٢٨٧٠ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن أبي حنيفة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قتل القوم الرجل فعلى كل واحد منهم (كفارة) (١) التحرير.
Ibrahim says that when a group of people kill a person (by mistake), then it is obligatory for each one of them to free a slave.
