Hadith 12842
١٢٨٤٢ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن حماد بن سلمة عن حبيب المعلم عن عطاء عن (جابر) (١) أن رجلًا نذر أن يصلي في بيت المقدس، (فسأل) (٢) عن ذلك رسول اللَّه ﷺ فقال له (رسول اللَّه ﷺ) (٣): "صل هنا" يعني في المسجد الحرام، فأعاد عليه ثلاثًا، قال: "فصل حيث (قلت) (٤) " (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that a man made a vow to perform prayer in Bayt al-Maqdis. Then he asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Perform the prayer here, meaning in Masjid al-Haram. He repeated this three times, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Perform the prayer where I have told you.
