نذر أن يزم أنفه، ما كفارته؟If someone vows to put a ring in his nose (to pierce it like a ring), what is its expiation?
Hadith 12807
١٢٨٠٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن أبي (جمرة) (١) الضبعي أن رجلًا من بني سليم نذر أن يزم أنفه فقال ابن عباس: النذر نذران: فما كان للَّه ففيه الوفاء، وما كان للشيطان ففيه الكفارة، أطلق زمامك (وكفر) (٢) يمينك (٣).
Hazrat Abu Jamrah narrates that a man from Banu Salim made a vow that he would pierce his nose (like a nose-ring). Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: There are two types of vows; so, the one that is for Allah should be fulfilled, and the one that is for Satan, its expiation should be given. Remove your bridle and pay the expiation for your oath.
