Hadith 12706
١٢٧٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن حصين عن أبي مالك قال: يمين لا تكفر، الرجل (يحلف) (١) على الكذب يتعمده، فذلك إلى اللَّه، إن شاء عذبه وإن شاء غفر له.
Hazrat Abu Malik says that the oath for which there is no expiation is when a person deliberately swears a false oath; then it is up to Allah—if He wills, He may punish him, and if He wills, He may forgive him.
