Hadith 12549
١٢٥٤٩ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن أشعث بن سوار عن طلحة (اليامي) (١) عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس قال: من (حلف) (٢) بنذر على يمين فحنث فعليه كفارة يمين مغلظة (٣).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Whoever makes a vow (nazr) upon an oath, and then breaks it, then upon him is the expiation (kaffarah) of a solemn oath (yameen mughallazah).
