Hadith 12493
١٢٤٩٣ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ (١): "إن الميت ليعذب ببكاء الحي" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surely, the deceased is punished because of the weeping of the living.
