13 (سَتْرُ الذَّنْبِ وَالتَّوْبَةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ العُقُوبَةِ)(Concealing a sin and repenting is better than punishment)
14 (إِذَا بَلَغَ الذَّنْبُ إِلَى القَاضِي وَجَبَتِ العُقُوبَةُ)(When the sin reaches the judge, punishment becomes obligatory)
