The Dajjal will emerge from Khorasan towards the East:
عن فاطمة بنت قيس رضي الله عنها قالت أن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : ألا إنه فى بحر الشام أو بحر اليمن ، لا بل من قبل المشرق ما هو من قبل المشرق ما هو ، من قبل المشرق ما هو وأومأ بيده إلى المشرق
It is narrated from Hazrat Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Beware! He (the Dajjal) is in the sea of Sham or Yemen. No! Rather, he is towards the East, he is towards the East, he is towards the East, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) also pointed towards the East with his hand.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) told us in a hadith that the Dajjal will emerge from a land in the East called Khorasan. There will be some nations following him whose faces will be like thick (or heavy) shields (flat).

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Seventy thousand Jews of Isfahan will follow the Dajjal, who will be covered with green or black cloaks.

عن النواس بن سمعان رضى الله عنه قال : ذكر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الدجال ذات غداة ... إنه خارج خلة بين الشام والعراق فعاث يمينا وعاث شمالا
Hazrat Nawas bin Samaan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that one morning the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) mentioned the Dajjal. Then he said that he will emerge from the desert path between Sham and Iraq. The mentioned narrations apparently show a difference and contradiction whether the Dajjal will emerge from between Sham and Iraq or from the East or Khorasan, etc. A detailed answer to this doubt can be seen in the benefits.

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Except for Makkah and Madinah, the Dajjal will trample every city. On every valley of Makkah and Madinah, angels will be lined up standing to protect them. Then the earth of Madinah will shake three times, and with each shaking, Allah will bring out one disbeliever and hypocrite from it and send them towards the Dajjal.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: The Dajjal will camp on marshy land in a valley near Marqana, close to Madinah. The majority of women will go out towards him, so much so that a man will go to his wife, mother, daughter, sister, and paternal aunt and tie them with ropes so that they do not meet the Dajjal.
