Ojhri is Halal
It is narrated from the famous trustworthy Tabi'i Imam Muhammad bin Al-Munkad, may Allah have mercy on him:
دخلت على فلانة - بعض أزواج النبى ما قد سماها و نسيت - قالت: دخل على رسول الله و عندي بطن معلق فقال: طبخت لنا من هذا البطن كذا وكذا قالت: فصنعناه فأكل و لم يتوضأ.
I went to one of the wives of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. He (Muhammad bin Al-Munkad) mentioned the name, but I (Amarah bin Zadhan) forgot. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, came to me, and I had a pouch (and so on) hanging. Then he said: If you cook something for us from this pouch in such and such a way. He said: Then I did so (i.e., cooked the pouch), and he ate, and did not perform ablution again.

Reference: Allama Aini states in the explanation of Batin Mu'allaq: And by "batn" he meant what the stomach contains of entrails, and by "batn" the pouch hanging with the stomach is meant. (Nukhb Al-Afkar: 1/388) Keeping in view Allama Aini's same explanation, "batn" has been translated as "pouch".
