Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه says, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: "I saw (in a dream) Ja'far رضي الله عنه flying in Paradise with the angels."

Sayyiduna Bara' ibn Azib رضي الله عنه says, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said to Sayyiduna Ja'far ibn Abi Talib رضي الله عنه: "You resemble me in character and appearance."

◈ Hospitality:
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates that the best person in the rights of the poor was Ja'far ibn Abi Talib. He used to take us and feed us in his house, to the extent that sometimes he would bring us a cup (of ghee, etc.) which had nothing in it, then he would tear it apart and we would lick it.

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه says: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: "Among my Ummah, the one who knows the most about what is lawful and unlawful is Mu'adh bin Jabal."

Al-Albani رحمه الله has declared it authentic.Sayyiduna Anas رضي الله عنه says, during the blessed time of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم, four companions رضي الله عنهم compiled the Quran, and all of them were Ansari. They were Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b, Mu'adh bin Jabal, Zaid bin Thabit, and Abu Zaid (رضي الله عنهم).

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه says, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: "Mu'adh bin Jabal is a good man."

Al-Albani رحمه الله has declared it "Sahih."◈ Advice:
Abdullah bin Salamah رضي الله عنه says: A man said to Sayyiduna Muadh bin Jabal رضي الله عنه, "Teach me something." He said, "Will you obey me?" He said, "I will definitely obey." He said, "Sometimes fast, sometimes break your fast. And at night, pray some portion of the prayer and then sleep. Earn a living and do not commit sins. And make every effort that your death comes in a state of Islam and avoid the curse of the oppressed."

Sayyiduna Al-Bara' رضي الله عنه says: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was given a silk cloth as a gift, and people began to marvel at its softness. The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: "You marvel at this, but in Paradise, the handkerchief of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh is more beautiful than this."

Sayyiduna Jabir رضي الله عنه says: I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say: When the funeral of Sayyiduna Mu'adh رضي الله عنه was laid before the people, the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: "The Throne of Allah shook for Sa'd."

Sayyiduna Anas رضي الله عنه says: When the funeral of Sayyiduna Sa'd ibn Mu'adh رضي الله عنه was carried, the hypocrites said: How light is his funeral, this is because of the judgment regarding Banu Qurayza. When the Noble Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم came to know of this, he said: "Angels are carrying him."

Al-Albani رحمه الله has declared it "Sahih".◈ Area of Jurisdiction:
No person can be indifferent to wealth and possessions; with perseverance and determination, one can easily endure hardships. However, one cannot sever ties with parents, siblings, relatives, and family. But when someone connects a relationship solely with Allah Almighty, sometimes they have to break these ties.
When the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, embraced Islam, circumstances forced them to break these ties, and for the sake of faith and Islam, they accepted this easily. Look! The captives of the Battle of Banu Qurayza were brought in. Among them were people of Banu Qurayza who were allies of the tribe of Aws, and among Arab allies, very brotherly relations were established. But when the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, assigned the judgment to Sayyiduna Saad bin Muadh, may Allah be pleased with him, who was the chief of the tribe of Aws, they did not care for this relationship and gave an unhesitating verdict that the fighters be killed, the women and children be taken as slaves, and their wealth and belongings be distributed among the Muslims.
