Virtues of Purity​


Allah Almighty says:
﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ﴾
"Indeed, Allah loves those who turn to Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves."

Virtue of Using the Miswak​


وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”السواك مطهرة للفم مرضاة للرب“.
Narrated by Sayyida Aisha (RA), the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "Miswak is a means of cleansing the mouth and pleasing the Lord."

وعن حذيفة رضى الله عنه قال: ”كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا قام من النوم يشوص فاه بالسواك“.
Sayyiduna Hudhaifah (RA) narrated that when the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) woke up from sleep, he would thoroughly clean his blessed mouth with Miswak.

عن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”لولا أن أشق على أمتي أو على الناس لأمرتهم بالسواك مع كل صلاة“.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (RA), the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "If I did not fear hardship for my Ummah or people, I would certainly have ordered them to use Miswak with every prayer."
