This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Abu Hamza Abdul Khaliq Siddiqi's book Sahih Fazail-e-Amaal.
Allah Almighty says:
﴿وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ ۚ وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ ۖ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولًا﴾
"And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned."

﴿قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ. ... وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ.﴾
"Indeed, the believers have succeeded... And who are to their trusts and their promises attentive."

In this noble verse, Allah Almighty mentions the servants who are accompanied by success and prosperity, describing one of their signs as fulfilling promises. Moreover, in the hadiths, breaking promises and covenants is mentioned as a sign of hypocrites. Undoubtedly, whoever fulfills the promise will be free from the sign of hypocrites and will join the ranks of the believers, and this is the path to success.
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed us and said:
لا إيمان لمن لا أمانة له، ولا دين لمن لا عهد له
"He is not a believer whose trust is not safe, and he has no religion who does not keep his covenant."

Sheikh Shoaib has graded it as Hasan.It is understood that the person who protects and keeps trusts and promises possesses the precious blessings of faith and religion.
