عن أنس بن مالك رضى الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : تسحروا فإن فى السحور بركة .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Eat Suhoor, for there is blessing in it."

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:
إن الله وملائكته يصلون على المتسحرين
"Allah Almighty sends down mercy upon those who eat Suhoor, and His angels pray blessings for them."
