Sign of the Day of Judgment: Tyrannical Ruler
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) that I heard the Prophet of Allah (PBUH) say: "If your life is prolonged, you will see a people who will begin their morning in the wrath of Allah and spend their evening under the curse of Allah. In their hands will be sticks like the tails of oxen."

Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) says that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "There are two types of people destined for Hell whom I have not yet seen. One is a people who will have sticks like the tails of oxen, and with them, they will beat people."

Hazrat Abu Umamah (RA) says that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "In the last era of this Ummah, some people will appear who will have sticks like the tails of oxen in their hands. These people will be under the curse and wrath of Allah morning and evening."
In another narration, it is said not to befriend them.

Hazrat Hudhayfah (RA) says that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "After me, there will be rulers who will turn away from my guidance and reject my Sunnah, and among their administration will be people whose hearts are like those of devils."

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (RA) that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "When there will be royal corruption in my Ummah and the descendants of Roman and Persian kings will serve them, then Allah will impose the worst people over their best people."
Benefits:
(1) The emergence of a tyrannical ruler is a sign of the Day of Judgment.
(2) This sign has been manifest for a long time, and near the Day of Judgment, oppressive administrations and tyrannical rulers will be widespread everywhere.
(3) Tyrannical rulers will be subject to Allah's wrath and anger. If not in this world, then in the Hereafter, they will be held accountable severely.
(4) The Prophet (PBUH) forbade becoming an instrument for such rulers.
(5) Helping oppressors makes one equally a partner in their oppression.
(6) The Prophet's prediction has been proven true. Today, in Islamic countries, many such rulers exist who themselves have distanced from Islam but also unjustly oppress those who practice Islam. Currently, in Pakistan, the unjust ruler General Musharraf, bowing to the orders of the American bully and saying "Labbaik," issued bans on about (40) religious parties. Additionally, restrictions on donations to religious seminaries, forced control over madrasas, and many other anti-Islamic policies have become headlines in national newspapers. These oppressive so-called Muslims should have taken the lead in reviving Islam and preserving Muslims, but as the poet says:
"This house caught fire from the lamp of the house."
In this manner, these rulers rained fire and iron upon the Muslims of Afghanistan and, after shedding the blood of thousands of Muslims, want to extend these blood-stained hands towards the practicing Muslims of Pakistan, which will result in nothing but disgrace in this world and the Hereafter!
