Sign of the Day of Judgment: There will be heavy rainfall but tents will remain safe

عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه عن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : لا تقوم الساعة حتى يمطر الناس مطرا لا تكن منه بيوت المدر ولا تكن منه إلا بيوت الشعر
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: The Day of Judgment will not occur until a rain comes upon the people from which every earthen (mud) house will not remain safe (from getting wet), but the houses made of hair (i.e., tents) will remain safe from that (rain). (Meaning, rain will not fall on them).

Benefits:

➊ One of the signs of the Day of Judgment will be that there will be heavy rain simultaneously all over the globe, but the tents made of wool buried under the open sky of the poor, needy, travelers, and mujahideen will remain safe from this rain, while large, strong, and secure buildings will not remain safe from this rain.
➋ The mentioned sign of the Day of Judgment has not yet appeared.
➌ The mentioned prediction undoubtedly seems beyond human knowledge, intellect, and experience that there would be rain in one place but the tents remain safe while the houses get wet. However, nothing is beyond the power of Allah Almighty; He is capable of everything, and as Muslims, we have no option but to rely on آمنا و صدقنا.
➍ It has been observed many times that it is raining heavily in one part of the city while another part remains safe. If this is possible, and in reality, the answer is affirmative, then there should be no hesitation regarding the occurrence of the mentioned prediction.
