Sign of the Day of Judgment: Muslims will fight the third enemy together with Christians, then there will be a great war between Christians and Muslims

It is narrated from Hazrat Dhi Makhmar (RA) that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: You will make a peace treaty with the Romans, then you and they (the Romans) will fight against a third enemy other than yourselves, and you will remain safe and gain spoils. Then you will camp on a hilly land. (In one narration, it is mentioned that you will receive spoils from the Romans and then go to camp on a separate hilly land.) Then a Roman will come and raise the cross, saying: The cross has prevailed. On this, an angry Muslim will advance towards him and kill him. On this basis, the Romans will deceive you and break the peace treaty. Then wars will break out, and they will advance towards you with eighty (80) banners, each banner having an army of ten thousand (10,000).

It is narrated from Hazrat Awf bin Malik (RA) that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: Remember six signs before the Day of Judgment... There will be a peace treaty between you and Banu Asfar (Romans), then they will betray, and they will advance towards you with those same banners, each banner having an army of twelve thousand (12,000).

It is narrated from Hazrat Muadh bin Jabal (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: The population of Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem) is the precursor to the destruction of Madinah, the destruction of Madinah is the trumpet of the beginning of wars, the beginning of wars will end with the conquest of Constantinople, and the conquest of Constantinople is the announcement of the emergence of the Dajjal.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: The Day of Judgment will not occur until the Romans camp at Amāq or Dābiq (a place in the land of Sham). An army will come out from Madinah towards them for battle, and it will be the best army of the people on the face of the earth. When they meet, the Romans will say to them: Move away from us and from those who have become disbelievers and come to you. The Muslims will say: By Allah! We will never hand over our (nine) Muslim brothers to you. Then they will start fighting, and one-third of them will turn their backs, whose repentance Allah will never accept; one-third will be martyred, who will be the best martyrs in the sight of Allah; and the last one-third will be victorious, who will never be afflicted by trials.

Asir bin Jabir (may Allah have mercy on him) said that once a red storm came in Kufa, and a man who was ignorant of manners came to Ibn Mas'ud (RA) and said: The Day of Judgment has come! Asir (RA) said that Ibn Mas'ud (RA) was leaning and sat down upon hearing this and said: The Day of Judgment will not occur until inheritance is not distributed and there is no joy in acquiring spoils. Then he pointed with his hand towards the land of Sham and said: The enemy will gather against the Muslims, and the Muslims will gather against their enemy here. I asked: Do you mean the Romans (enemy)? He said: Yes! Then many Muslims will become apostates in that fight. The remaining Muslims will pledge to die and say: We will not return without victory. Then they will fight until night falls between them, and both groups will return without victory, and the pledge will end. Then (the next day) the Muslims will pledge to die and say: We will not return without victory, and they will fight until night falls between them, and both groups (Muslims and Romans) will return without victory, and the pledge will end. Then (the third day) the Muslims will go out with the pledge of death and victory and fight until Sham. Then both groups will return without victory, and the pledge will end. Then on the fourth day, the remaining Muslims will advance towards them (Romans), and Allah will grant victory over the enemy through them. They will fight such a battle that no one has ever heard or seen before, so much so that a bird flying will pass over their pieces (corpses) but will fall dead and will not be able to fly beyond them. If a father has a hundred sons, only one will remain upon return. Then what joy will there be in spoils, and what inheritance will be distributed? Meanwhile, they will hear a greater matter that a caller (Satan) will announce that the Dajjal has come among your families, so people will leave everything and turn towards that direction and send ten horsemen for investigation. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: I know their names, their ancestors, and the colors of their horses well, and these (horsemen) will be the best horsemen on the face of the earth that day.

Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (RA) narrates from Hazrat Nafi' bin Utbah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: You will fight the people of the Arabian Peninsula, and Allah will make you victorious over them. Then you will fight Persia (Iran), and Allah will make you victorious over them. Then you will fight Rome, and Allah will make you victorious. Then you will fight the Dajjal, and Allah will grant you victory over him as well. Then Nafi' (RA) said: O Jabir! According to our knowledge, the Dajjal will not emerge until Rome is conquered.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: When wars break out, Allah will send an army from Damascus (Sham) consisting of freed slaves, but they will be the best horsemen of all Arabs and equipped with the best weapons. Allah will support the religion through them.

Benefits:

➊ There will be a peace and reconciliation agreement between Muslims and Christians.
➋ According to this agreement, Muslims and Christians will jointly fight against a third enemy and achieve victory.
➌ Christians will betray Muslims and attack with a locust army of nine hundred sixty thousand (960,000).
➍ This great war will have two main triggers: first, the killing of a Christian by a Muslim, and second, some Christians converting to Islam, whom the Christians will demand to be returned, but Muslims will not relinquish these nine converts.
➎ This great war will be fought on the land of Sham (Greater Syria).
➏ In this great war, the Muslim camp will be located in a place called Ghouta in the city of Damascus.
➐ A large part of the Muslim army in this war will consist of Madani Mujahideen.
➑ The final phase of this great war will last four days, with the decisive phase occurring on the fourth day.
➒ A very large number of Muslims will attain martyrdom in this war, while some (one-third) will join the disbelievers, whose repentance will not be accepted or they will not be granted the ability to repent, and millions of Christians will also be consigned to Hell.
➓ The Muslims martyred in this war will attain the highest rank of martyrdom.
⓫ Muslims will achieve victory in this great war.
⓬ This war will consist of several phases; therefore, the plural form (Malahim) is also used for it.
⓭ The Christians will not be completely annihilated in this war; however, after a large number are killed, the remaining will believe in Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) and convert to Islam, while some will join the Dajjal.
⓮ This prophecy has not yet manifested, but preparations for it are at their peak. We should support Islam and true Muslims in such circumstances, make full preparations for jihad, end the policy of trust and reliance on Christians and all non-Muslims, and firmly resolve to live by faith and die for Islam.
Some people have tried to apply these hadiths to the war between the Taliban and America in Afghanistan, but in reality, these hadiths do not apply to the war in Afghanistan in any way. For details, studying the author's book "The Reality of Prophecies" (under publication) will be useful.
