It is unnecessary to place science and religion in confrontation with one another, since both operate within separate scopes and pursue distinct goals.

For believers, religious doctrines and moral principles are of utmost importance. Religion provides:➤ A purpose of life,
➤ Moral guidelines, and
➤ Solutions to metaphysical questions.
Every religion aims to lead its adherents towards a righteous social and spiritual life.

Conversely, science seeks to:➤ Understand the laws of nature,
➤ Investigate material phenomena, and
➤ Explore physical causes in the universe.
