was revealed commanding to give the rights to one's relatives and loved ones, the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم called Sayyida Fatimah رضي الله عنها and gave her the Garden of Fadak.

The narration is weak.
❀ Atiyah Awfi has been declared "weak" by the majority.

It has been declared "weak" by Imam Yahya ibn Saeed Qattan, Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Imam Yahya ibn Ma'in, Imam Abu Hatim Razi, Imam Abu Zur'ah Razi, Imam Nasai, Imam Ibn 'Adi, Imam Darqutni, Imam Ibn Hibban, and Allama Juzjani, may Allah have mercy on them.
There was consensus on its weakness.
The hadith narrated by Atiyah Awfi is agreed upon by the noble muhaddithin to be weak.
Reference: Al-Mawdu'at:386/1
There is consensus among the muhaddithin on its weakness.
Reference: Al-Mughni fi al-Du'afa:62/2
This is unanimously weak according to the hadith scholars.
Reference: Al-Badr Al-Munir:313/5
He was involved in a severe form of tadlees (deception in narration).
❀ Hafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) says:
[ضعيف الحفظ، مشهور بالتدليس القبيح]
He had a weak memory and was notorious for bad tadlees.
Reference: Tabaqat al-Mudallisīn: p.50
❀ Hafiz Al-Dhahabi (may Allah have mercy on him) says about the narration under discussion:
[هذا باطل، ولو كان وقع ذلك لما جاءت فاطمة رضي الله عنها تطلب شيئا، هو في حوزها وملكها]
This narration is false; if it were true, Sayyida Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) would not have come to claim what was already in her possession and control.
Reference: Mizan al-I'tidal:135/3
❀ Hafiz Ibn Kathir (may Allah have mercy on him) says:
[هذا الحديث مشكل لو صح إسناده، لأن الآية مكية، وفدك إنما فتحت مع خيبر سنة سبع من الهجرة، فكيف يلتئم هذا مع هذا؟]
Even if its chain were authentic, there is still a problem because this verse is Makki and Fadak was conquered along with Khyber in the seventh year of Hijra. How can this verse be related to the event of Fadak?
