If a woman is skilled in slaughtering animals, then it is permissible for her to slaughter the sacrificial animal. Imam Bukhari, may Allah have mercy on him, stated under __ARABIC_0:

and Mustadrak Hakim narrate with a connected chain that:أن أبا موسى كان يأمر بناته أن يذبحن نسائكهن بأيديهن
"Abu Musa, may Allah be pleased with him, used to instruct his daughters to slaughter their sacrifices with their own hands."
Hafiz Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him, states that the chain of this narration in Mustadrak Hakim is authentic.

① Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, says that this hadith is evidence that a woman can slaughter the sacrifice.
Reference: Fath al-Bari: 25/10.
② Allama Ayni Hanafi, may Allah have mercy on him, explained this narration:
وفيه أن ذبح النساء نسائكهن يجوز إذا كن يحسن الذبح
This narration is evidence that women can slaughter their sacrificial animals themselves, provided they are skilled in slaughtering.
Reference: Umdat al-Bari: 21/155.
The following hadith is also clear evidence that a woman can slaughter an animal and there is no dislike in the slaughter done by a woman.
Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates:
أن امرأة ذبحت شاة بحجر، فسئل النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم عن ذلك فأمر بأكلها
Indeed, a woman slaughtered a goat with a stone, and when the Prophet, peace be upon him, was asked about its permissibility, he allowed its consumption.

Hafiz Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him, states:
فيه جواز أكل ما ذبحته المرأة سواء كانت حرة أو أمة، كبيرة أو صغيرة، مسلمة أو كتابية، طاهرا أو غير طاهر، لأنه صلى الله عليه وسلم أمر بأكل ما ذبحته ولم يستفصل، نص على ذلك الشافعي وهو قول الجمهور
It is stated here that it is permissible to eat an animal slaughtered by a woman, whether the woman who slaughtered it is free or a slave, old or young, a Muslim or from the People of the Book, pure or impure. The slaughter by a woman is lawful and it is permissible to eat it because the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) commanded eating the animal slaughtered by a woman, and no further details were requested from him. Also, the Prophet's command to eat the slaughter of a woman is evidence of absolute permissibility. Imam Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, has stated a text on this, and the majority of scholars hold the same position.
