What is the ruling regarding a person who uses newspaper sheets as a dining mat?
Such papers often contain the Names of Allah, Qur’anic verses, and noble Hadiths. Therefore, dishonoring them, sitting on them, or using them as a dining mat is not permissible.
After reading them, they should be burned and properly disposed of to prevent disrespect.
