Qunoot Nazilah During Continuous Rain – What is the Ruling?

If continuous rains are occurring, can Qunoot Nazilah be performed?

Yes, if the rains are causing losses and harm, Qunoot Nazilah may be performed.
However, unlike Salat al-Istisqa (prayer for rain), no special prayer is prescribed in this case.
