From: Fatāwā ʿUlamāʾ-e-Ḥadīth, Kitāb al-Ṣalāh, Volume 1, Page 154
﴿اِذَا قَضَیْتَ الصَّلٰوة فَانْتِشِرُوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ﴾
"When the prayer is finished, disperse through the land and seek the bounty of Allah."
(Sūrat al-Jumuʿah: 10)
This verse clarifies that after the Jumuʿah prayer, there is no need to offer a second Ẓuhr prayer. There is no instruction in Islam for doing so, and it is an unnecessary act.

❀ Question
What is the ruling on offering the Ẓuhr prayer after performing the Sunnah Jumuʿah prayer?❀ Answer
After performing the Sunnah Jumuʿah prayer, it is not permissible to perform the Ẓuhr prayer again. This practice, known as “Ẓuhr Iḥtiyāṭī” (precautionary Ẓuhr), is considered a blameworthy innovation (bidʿah sayyi’ah). There is no basis for it in Islam.❀ Qur'anic Evidence
The Qur’ān clearly states:﴿اِذَا قَضَیْتَ الصَّلٰوة فَانْتِشِرُوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ﴾
