❀ Question:
If someone performed wudu with the intention of an obligatory prayer, and after the validity of that wudu performed wudu again, is it necessary to change the intention?
❀ Answer:
In wudu, the intention should be that through this act one seeks closeness to Allah ﷻ and purification. It is not necessary to specify whether the wudu is for obligatory or voluntary prayer.
Therefore, in the mentioned case, there is no need to change the intention.
